GUARANTEE
CRL SPORT guarantees that all its products offered on its website are new and have not been used by third parties.
The guarantee of the products will be 1 month from the date of purchase. Products due to flaws or defects due to improper use or wear and tear caused by their use will not enter into warranty.

SHIPPING POLICY
1.1.Geographic coverage
The products offered through this website are available for shipment to Spanish territory, that is, the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.
Shipments are also made internationally. Check the conditions in the following sections.
1.2.Transportation and shipping costs
The shipment will be made through an external company. All shipping conditions and responsibility for the delivery of the product will be assumed by the transport company.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of each of the products offered by CRL SPORT, these will be calculated at the time of payment, according to the total amount of the order and the delivery address of the product.
Orders to pick up at CRL SPORT stores do not have a delivery surcharge.
- For orders within the Peninsula:
- When the total of the purchase exceeds € 50.00, the shipping costs will be free. However, in case of making a purchase in which shipping is free, if a partial return is made, leaving the total less than the minimum to obtain free shipping (€ 50.00), the cost of transport will be borne by the customer.
- Shipments of less than € 50.00 will have a surcharge of € 4.50 (VAT INCLUDED) for shipping costs.
- For orders to the Canary Islands:
- In this case, the shipping and customs costs will be paid by the customer, whatever the total amount of the order.
- For orders to the Balearic Islands:
- Shipments to the Balearic Islands have an additional surcharge that will appear broken down in the final price.
- For orders to other countries:
- The client must express their interest by email info@crlsport.com and indicate the products they want, as well as the exact delivery address. With these data, you can calculate the price of shipping costs and respond to the customer.
1.3.Delivery times
- The approximate delivery time within the Peninsula is 24-48 hours.
- -The approximate delivery time for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands is 3 to 7 working days.
- The approximate delivery time for other countries will be communicated to the customer, upon request by email.
- If the payment of the purchase is made from Monday to Friday, the first business day is the day the customer will receive the payment confirmation and from that day the delivery time will begin.
- If the payment of the purchase is made on Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery time will start counting from the next business day, Monday excluding holidays.
- Once the order has been sent, the customer will receive an email with the information of the delivery of the order to the transport company. Likewise, it is possible that the transport company sends an email to the customer, facilitating the tracking of the product.Through the form «Help with the order – Customer service» on our website.
- For the collection of products in the store, deliveries will be made in the following interval (from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.), with no option to select the hours.
