1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1.1.Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days, without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party authorized by you, other than the carrier or courier, acquired material possession of the order. The right of withdrawal will not proceed in the following cases, as well as in the rest of the exceptions provided for in article 103 of Law 3/2014:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify CRL SPORT, either by your telephone number or by email, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement, either a letter sent by post or an email.

The right of withdrawal will not proceed in the following cases, as well as in the rest of the exceptions provided for in article 103 of Law 3/2014:

  • Products made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, that is, products embroidered with initials, names, logos, among other custom products.
  • Intimate products: bikinis, masks, bufs and other items sealed for hygiene reasons.

1.2.Returns and / or exchanges

Returns and / or exchanges of defective or misleading products must be communicated in writing to info@carolsport.com or by calling +34 658 412 905, immediately or within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

CRL SPORT informs users that when contracting as a company (B2B sales), the terms and conditions of withdrawal and returns will not be applicable. However, CRL SPORT, may evaluate the return of defective goods, provided that they are requested immediately or within a period not exceeding 7 calendar days.

1.3.Requirements

The following information must be indicated in the letter:

  • Purchase receipt
  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the claim

It is recommended to accompany the application letter with photographs that clearly show the incidence and its scope.

For its return, as far as possible, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. They will accept returns on products used, washed or in poor condition.

In the case of packaging that cannot be restored to its original state (sealed), we ask you to consult it before proceeding to unpack the item.

The return must be made by the same transport company, by certified mail or by a transport company that facilitates the tracking of the product, to the following address:

1.4.Consequences of withdrawal and returns

  • Refund of all payments received from you no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from the Your choice of a shipping / delivery method other than the ordinary one normally offered by CRL SPORT.
  • The reimbursement will be made through the same means of payment used by you for the payment of the purchase object of the withdrawal.
  • Once the products are received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received the return. At the same time, we will notify the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • The property that is the object of the withdrawal must be returned directly to CRL SPORT without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal decision is communicated or the refund is requested.
  • -In the event that CRL SPORT is not the cause of the return or replacement, the customer will have to bear the costs of the return or replacement. Returns postage due will not be accepted.
  • If the customer decides to cancel an order due to lack of stock or delay in delivery, the amount will be returned by the same payment method that the customer used when paying.
  • Transportation costs, both shipping and return, will be returned only when CRL SPORT is responsible for the cause of the return of the product, that is, sending the wrong product or defective product.
  • The client will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary according to the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
